What my child enjoys most about football is the excitement of catching the ball, scoring touchdowns, and being a leader on the team. In track, he loves the challenge of improving his time in the 100m and relay races. Both sports have helped him grow by teaching discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
Off the field, his biggest inspiration is his father. His biggest fan, harshest critic, coach, and motivator. He always reminds him that his only real competition is himself. On the field, he looked up to Kyren Lacy for his leadership and journey at LSU until his passing. But most of all, Justin Jefferson inspires him—an underdog who proved himself and became one of the best and second highest-paid receivers in the NFL.
His hard work and dedication during the off-season are remarkable. He consistently pushes himself to improve with each practice and game, always striving to be better than the day before. At only 13, he already calls himself the GOAT. It is our responsibility to encourage and support him, as he truly has the potential to become just that.
