What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Kyler loves the challenge both physically and mentally. He loves the game and the discipline needed to stay “in the game” when things are not always going his way. Kyler has played every position and loves learning all the different things about the game. Physically he always wants to be better, faster, pitch harder, & hit further.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Kyler had the opportunity to meet Ryan Mountcastle and is inspired by him to continue to grow in the game. Kyler is also inspired by his parents who have taught him life is not always easy and if you want something for yourself you must work hard and stay dedicated.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Kyler has several moments as a team watching his team and himself win districts and sectionals as well as winning travel ball tournaments. But as an individual his first home run in 2025 was a proud moment for him to drive in 3 runs and prove to himself that he can accomplish the long ball.
