What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Kyrie says he loves to be able to be trusted by his coaches to run plays and have good defense.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

On the field- “ Travis Hunter because he works hard and takes school seriously.” Off the field- “My Dad because he works hard everyday to make sure the family is good. When he is tired he keeps going hard.”

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Kyrie has had a pick six a few times but I was told during one of his gym classes he shared an opportunity with one of his classmates (who was athletically challenged) to score a touchdown by passing his classmate the ball.

Vote for Kyrie to become the Youth Athlete of the Year while supporting two great causes! Cast your free daily vote below, or make an even bigger impact when you vote by donation—supporting the V Foundation for Cancer Research and Why Not You Foundation.
