Leah loves the energy of the game and being part of a team where everyone works hard and cheers each other on. She enjoys pushing herself to learn new skills, take on challenges, and give her best in every moment. But what she loves most is making new friends, laughing with her teammates, and having fun while staying active and growing through the game.
Leah is inspired by her father, Jared, who passed away in December 2023. He was not only an amazing basketball player but also a loving and supportive dad. Leah hopes to one day be as good as he was on the court and works hard every day to make him proud. His memory motivates her to play with heart, strength, and purpose.
One of the proudest moments as Leah’s mother is seeing her incredible work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow. She gives 110% every time she steps on the court and never hesitates to ask questions so she can improve. Her determination, willingness to learn, and love for the game make me proud every single day.
