Lila most enjoys the community that rallies around her sports teams. No matter what happens on the court or track the community of family and friends remains steadfast and supportive through it all. She thrives to take the skills she learns form past and present experiences to give back to her teammates and community. Loving, listening and leading in the best possible way.
Lila’s mom inspires her the most on and off the court. She feels her Mom is an amazing person who demonstrates how to be a good leader in her community as well as being an amazing Mom at home. This inspires her because, Lila strives to be a strong leader on the court and in her community.
There are many moments in Lila’s athletic career that makes us proud however, one moment that stands out is when Lila was able to step in for a dominating injured senior volleyball player, Lila accepted the challenge and as a freshmen she helped lead her team to a Region Championship! Most importantly Lila is always willing to serve whatever role she is called to fulfil.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
