The team aspect is Livs favourite part. She enjoys making friends she wouldn’t normally get to meet and she loves being part of a team that pushes her to play better.
On the field Livs greatest inspirations are her teammates. She always looks up to the girls who take the lead with the group and push them forward. As she is getting older it’s amazing to watch her become one of those players who the team looks to for encouragement and support.
Liv was chosen to kick in our teams shoot out in the year end tournament in hopes of advancing to the next round. She had spent many hours perfecting her penalty shot but had never been asked to shoot in a sudden death situation. Liv buried her shot into the top corner to let her team advance.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
