What Luke loves most about football is the adrenaline rush that comes with every play and the physical challenge that pushes him to be stronger. He thrives on the intensity of the game- the contact, the strategy and the teamwork. Watching a play come together is one of his favorite moments, where preparation meets execution and the team moves as one. From the 1st time he saw football, he knew it was more than a game, it was his passion. Football gives him purpose and motivation.
Luke’s biggest inspiration is his mother. He sees her working hard every single day, always putting family first and making sure her children are loved, supported and taken care of. The dedication, strength and selflessness motivate him to give his best in football and in life. Watching her handle challenges without giving up has taught him what it means to be committed, and he carries that inspiration with him on and off the field.
One of Luke’s proudest moments in his athletic journey was when he scored his very first touchdown. It came after a long, perfectly timed pass- he caught it, ran it in, and crossed the goal line! It wasn’t just a great play; it was the result of all the hard work, practice and dedication he and his teammates had put in.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
