Shannon Rhodes because he taught her that softball is so much more than just a game. It teaches her about life. He taught her how to deal with change, losing, facing tough challenges, pressure, all while still putting her best foot forward, but he has also taught her how to communicate, have discipline, he helped build her confidence, yet kept her humble, sportsmanship and most importantly helped her become a great leader. She finds her self saying “What would Coach Shannon say or do right now?”
