What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Madden enjoys being part of something great. He thrives in the team environment and strives to make sure that everyone around him is having fun. He lives both the practical and tactical of the game and learning new skills and techniques everytime he touches the field. He picked up the soccer ball at age 3 and has never put it down. He likes the challenge, being a smaller player he always aims to be faster and stronger and surprise the other players.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

I think Madden is inspired by his family. He looks up to all of his role models and loves to make People proud. If he can bring a smile to your face he has succeeded. When he was little, his uncle was his role model and taught him how to play. Now, he aspires to be more like professional players buts looks to those who are underdogs. He enjoys the challenge and aspirations of those who have had to work for what they have. And last, I think he is inspired by his mom. He always has her first.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Madden is a natural born leader. Every team he has been on has benefited from his enamouring personality. He is a magnet for optimism and positive energy. He can walk on to any team and bring the energy up to where it needs to be. And he knows how to take his lumps. He's not one to dwell on a loss or if he doesn't make a team. Shake it off and try again, and find something else to make you smile. He's a naturally skilled player sure, and he's extremely talented, but he is first a wonderful perso
