You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
I love the adrenaline and excitement of showing off the hard work and dedication I’ve put into practice. Competing against others who share the same goals pushes me to improve and gives me hope for what I can achieve. I also enjoy the challenges. Its through obstacles that I grow, learn to problem-solve, and gain new skills. One of the best parts is the sports family I’ve built along the way. Being surrounded by people who motivate me gives me strength and reminds me of why I love what I do.
My parents inspire me with their resilience and constant encouragement. Their belief in me, even during failure or doubt, gives me strength and confidence. Whether they’re cheering me on in person or sending supportive messages, they remind me of my unique abilities that make me a strong competitor. Their support drives me to keep working hard, knowing that success will come through perseverance.
One of our proudest moments was when she first tried hurdles. Her coach suggested it, and though we were all nervous, she embraced the challenge. She trained hard, showed up with confidence, and ran like she’d been doing it for years. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many calling her a natural. It reminded us how fearless and determined she truly is.
