a few days ago we were training here in Miami at Boxr and as always it was really hot. They trained for while and after training they sparred each other 4 rounds. When they were done I said ok let’s go home and go to the pool and they were like “No, we want train a little while longer”. Their dedication inspired me. Not many grown men could have tolerated the workout and 4 rounds of sparring in that heat in the gym
