Mariah has gained confidence and skills that she applies every day. She has made friends from all over and loves the game of softball. From walk up songs, cheering on the sidelines and making incredible plays are why she loves softball.
Many people inspire Mariah but recently it has been Elly De La Cruz, from having the same number as him, playing shortstop position and hitting 9 home runs in a single season, Mariah continues to inspire to be a great ball player as him.
One of many proud moments for me was when our team the Rat River Rebels won Silver at the U11A provincials and defeating over 54 teams in our very first provincials. Mariah was a solid overall softball player playing and excelling at every position.
