Receive Text UpdatesHe loves the physical and mental skills that he learns to use in competition. Jiujitsu has given him a lot of confidence, great listening skills, learning to be a great training partner, self defense, work and train hard to continue to improve, working with younger kids to share his knowledge, good sportsmanship, staying focused and in good mental and physical condition. Mason just loves everything about it.
His Dad, whatever he is doing at home to stay in shape his dad does it with him, running, climbing a rope, pull ups, assault bike etc and the coaches that show up for him, those that continue to work on new moves to challenge him mentally and physically. His teammates that work as hard as he does to become the best that they can be. Everyone who supports him in this journey and wants to see him succeed.
When I saw the confidence becomes real, then I knew just because he is on the small side that he would never have to be bullied again.
