You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
He loves every aspect of baseball: training, camaraderie, mentorship from coaches, loves to learn, and loves to improve his skills. He has learned that baseball is just as much of a mental sport as it is physical. He works hard on a positive mindset and is often boosting his teammates confidence on the field and in the dugout. He’s great at connecting with people and taking constructive criticism. Max has taken initiative since 10 years old when he recognizes a plateau to get additional help.
Max is in awe of young athletes getting drafted into the MLB in their teen years. He learns about where they come from and what they have done to come so far. There are a few older brothers from his friends that have achieved athletic scholarships and academic awards. He has looked up to them for years and strives to have a similar high school career.
We just learned this week that he made a top Stars Showcase team for 15u in Northern Virginia. He worked so hard for this and we’ve all been waiting impatiently to hear the rosters!
