Max will tell you that he loves to win when playing sports; he also loves to keep moving! Sports seem to come naturally to him and keeps him active & healthy. He says they're "so much fun".
Max says his friends inspire him to keep playing sports because they tell him how good he is. He also says his father, because he pushes him to do his best. Max's prior U9 Hockey Coach, Ryan, made a significant impact on him in his hockey journey, "he taught me a lot I didn't know" says Max; he says he will never forget him. Max looks up to his favorite NHL player, Cole Caufield and his favorite soccer player, Christiano Ronaldo.
There are so many moments that make us proud parents, from seeing Max cheer on fellow teammates in all sports to seeing the joy and excitement in his eyes after a good play; but the proudest moment of all so far would be when Max made the AAA Spring Hockey team and was an impact player despite minimal development. He finished top 3 in scoring for his team & top 30 in Atlantic Spring Hockey. His desire to be the best helps him to work hard to achieve his goals.
