What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Its fun. He loves that it is a team effort and the team feeling. He loves that he can always challenge himself to do and be better. He loves that he can control and have an effect on his own performance. He loves being a leader and that by showing up as his best each time he is with his team (practice or games) he can inspire others to be their best. He loves the feeling of kicking a ball and having it go where he wants it to go and the feeling of success. He loves kicking the ball and running.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He is inspired by many players such as Lionel Messi, David Beckham, Kylian Mbappé, Cristiano Ronaldo. He is also inspired by anyone that shows up and gives their 100%. He loves watching all sports and is inspired by those that are the underdogs that end of winning.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I am always proud of Maxim. My proudest moments are when he has a challenge or doesn't perform his best and he does whatever he can to learn from those moments and correct them for next time. I am proud when he can take responsibility for himself and his performance and then his determination to do better and be better for himself and his team. His winning attitude.
