Teamwork. I like helping my team mates and assisting them. They help me learn and grow by watching them and working together. My Dad always says “Team work makes the dream work”!
I have two people. Connor McDavid because he is so good and I want to be like him. He is a top scorer and has great stick handling. He is also a really good team mate The second is My Dad. He helps me get better. He shows me a lot of skills. He goes out and practices with me all the time even after working all day. He shows up to all of my games. He also inspired me because he works really hard to support us just like I want to work hard to support my team!
During a 3v3 tournament a large portion of his team did not show up. They had to switch to 2v2. Maximus’ team had no subs. The boys played 45 minutes with no breaks against full teams. They could have given up knowing how hard it was going to be because they were short, but they showed up, gave it their all, worked incredible as a team and supported one another. They never gave up and came second in the tournament! The teamwork was incredible! They dogpiled the goalie afterwards to celebrate!
