You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
McKenzi loves to tumble and stunt during cheerleading. She loves to show her front walkover, back walkover, cartwheels. She is pushing to gain her back handspring. When it comes to stunting, she loves being a flyer and getting to try new tricks. She loves to perform in front of the crowd.
McKenzi is inspired by teams like Navarro, Bombshells, Top gun, black ops cheerleaders, but said her biggest inspiration is her mom. She said she is always in the stands cheering her on and that she wants to be as good as what she was. She said all of the people who inspire her make her want to become the best cheerleader she can.
The proudest moment for me in McKenzi journey; is watching her on the competition mat giving her all and supporting her team. Watching her start with no cheerleading background to now flying, tumbling, and competing in front of hundreds with no fear makes me so proud.
