What I love most about playing basketball and football is the competition, the grind, and the brotherhood. Every game and practice pushes me to be better, both physically and mentally. I love the feeling of making big plays, helping my team win, and growing as a leader. These sports teach me discipline, teamwork, and how to handle pressure—lessons I’ll carry for life. There’s nothing like the energy, passion, and purpose I feel when I step on that field or court.
Athletes that inspire me are Anthony Edwards and Travis Hunter. Edwards motivates me with his confidence, energy, and never-back-down attitude on the court. Travis Hunter inspires me with his crazy work ethic, versatility, and how he dominates both sides of the ball in football. They show me that with dedication and heart, you can be great at anything you put your mind to.
One of the proudest moments on my journey as an athlete was going to Nationals with my basketball team. It felt amazing to compete at a high level with my brothers, knowing all the hard work we put in got us there. The energy, the competition, and representing our team on a big stage was unforgettable. It showed me what’s possible when you stay locked in, trust your teammates, and grind for a common goal.
