Showtime. When the stage lights come on mia transforms into the most beautifully competitive monster on the stage. She enters a zone that can only be witnessed as words haven’t been created to describe it yet but just know she leaves it all on that mat and my baby EATS every single time.
Mia is inspired by her support system. Every single person in her tribe pours into her character, athleticism, and intelligence. Mia is a direct reflection of the people around her and the values we plant in her. Those values are apparent the moment you see her interaction with her team and coaches and her attitude towards competition and adversity.
My proudest moment in Mia’s athletic journey so far has been her over coming her fear of being a flyer…and independently evolving her skill set to be the best flyer at competition
