She always says she plays for her Grandpa who she knows is in heaven looking down on her. She said she just play like he’s here watching because she know that he would be very proud of her.
When she had just started playing but when she got on the court you couldn’t even tell. Her going all the way to nationals in Chicago was definitely a big deal for us. Her team even placed 3rd in bronze and that’s nothing easy to do when it’s talent from all around the world.
