What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

In her words, she loves playing with her teammates most of all! She enjoys putting in the work to get better at practice and on her own. She loves being a leader on the basketball court and soccer field. She gets everyone involved when she can and helps guide her teammates in game times. Second to being part of the team, is the love of competition. She gives it her all, all of the time and is always trying her best.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Mollie is inspired by her family. She wants to be the best that she can and make her family proud of her. She is also inspired by her favorite basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo. She chose his number #34 to proudly wear on the basketball court for the last 4 years and wants to be just like him! She even thought in the 4th grade that he could come to one of her basketball games to watch her play...."Maybe Giannis will want to come and to one my games!"

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

In Soccer I have 3 proud moments: She has scored two Olympico goals! Next, this past Fall she joined a new team and went up a division, she scored 30 goals out of 60 and had many assists! Last, she got the opportunity to compete and represent Wisconsin in The Donosti Cup Tournament (Spain) and her team took 2nd in their division! BBall; she played up as a 7th grader with the 8th graders and they won the Badger Land State Championship. Her made free throws got them into OT for the win!
