Molly loves to compete. Second place is just a reason for her to work harder. She loves being not only a leader on every team she plays, but also being the best teammate. She treats every team almost like a family, and she loves to see her teammates succeed just as much her personal success.
Molly has a goal of playing in college, possibly in 2 sports. In order to achieve this, Molly understands she has to put in the work necessary to get there, that it won’t just be handed to her. She constantly watches collegiate and professional women’s sports on TV almost every day and strives to be a student of her 3 sports-soccer, softball and basketball. Not only does she learn from watching these athletes, but she also looks up to them.
Very tough to answer. Molly is a perfect teammate, a great leader and displays top notch sportsmanship. Molly also always finds a way to overcome adversity when things don’t go her way, rising above all else to keep the goal of winning for her team in the crosshairs. Molly elevates the energy level for the whole team. Watching her win multiple championships and statistically lead her team is awesome, but her leadership and team-first mentality continue to make me proud daily.
