What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I love the aggression in the sports I play and leaving it all on the field, floor, and ice. I play hockey, lacrosse, and soccer, and I go hard in every game. I play with heart, never back down, and fight until the end. I love shutting players down on defense, winning battles, and the rush I get going all out. Sports make me stronger, faster, and tougher, and I’m proud of how hard I work. I give 100% every time and push myself to be the best

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My coaches inspire me on and off the field, floor, and ice. I’ve been playing sports since I was 4, and I’ve had so many awesome coaches, including my mom. They’ve taught me lessons and skills that make me better at sports and help me be a better person. They teach me to work hard, keep going, and always believe in myself. They’re the reason I never give up and always try my best. I’m thankful for everything they’ve taught me.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

My proudest moment was trying out for Team NS and making the national lacrosse team. It was such a huge achievement for me, and I’ll never forget the feeling of scoring during the tryouts. It showed me that all the hard work, practice, and dedication really paid off. Being part of such an amazing team and representing my province is something I’ll always be proud of, and it motivates me to keep pushing myself to reach even bigger goals.
