Her love of soccer is undeniable. To figure out the opponents strategy and being a great support for her teammates on and off the field is her passion. Naomie has been kicking a ball since her toddler years and the skills just keep continuing as her confidence grows. The respect she shows to all players and officials is second to none. Her dreams of going to nationals this summer at 15 years old is remarkable.
Naomie is inspired by her teammates. Knowing that each person has their own personal battles and continue to show up and focus on training and games, is something that never fails to amaze her. She sees sports as a a tool for not just physical health but also forges mindful connections and mental clarity.
Despite her success and calls to play up, or when she scores to win a game, Naomie biggest strength is remaining humble. She does not celebrate herself but rather lifts up her teammates and is honestly proud of their strongest moments. She is always posting their successes and remains humble about her own. Her volunteering in soccer programming for those less fortunate is also a way for her to give back to the sport.
