Neal's drive and discipline, which comes from strong family values and the example set by his father. His dad is not only his biggest supporter but also his personal trainer, constantly pushing Neal to grow mentally and physically rain or shine, field or home. This dedication has helped mold Neal into a focused, humble leader at such a young age. Neal is inspired by NFL star Tyreek Hill and models his speed, precision, and fearless play after him.
