She love track and field because it’s fun, exciting, and full of energy! She enjoy the thrill of winning races, setting new personal bests, and feeling proud of her hard work. But just as important, she loves making new friends, cheering each other on, and being part of a team. Track and field helps her build confidence, stay active, and have fun while learning the value of teamwork and determination.
She admires her older sisters, one is a cheerleader and the other a dancer. She looks up to them for their talent, confidence, and dedication. Watching them perform inspires her to work hard in her own sport. She loves how they shine in their own way and always support her. Their passion, creativity, and strong spirit motivate her to chase her own dreams and believe in herself just like they do.
One proudest moment was when she saw other parents wearing their child’s medals and told me, “I should be wearing one too.” She set a goal to change that. She trained hard and stayed focused, determined to earn her own. At the next meet, she didn’t just win one, she placed 1st and 2nd in her races. I got to wear two medals that day. It was proof of her hard work, heart, and never giving up. I’ll always be proud of her determination and spirit.
