Although motocross is a competitive sport, Nevaeh loves the freedom and independence that racing brings her. She likes that it challenges her and pushes her outside of her comfort zone.
Jason Anderson is Nevaeh’s favorite racer! She will sit and watch his amateur racing videos and has taken to his riding style. Like Jason, Nevaeh is more quiet and reserved. She has been lucky enough to get advice from him and appreciates the time he has given her and sharing his experience with her.
It’s hard to pinpoint one moment, I could say her first trophy or her first win- but I’m going to say her overall sportsmanship. Nevaeh will get off the track and congratulate her friends for their accomplishments or wait for the younger kids to tell them they did a good job; and even will go support the mini riders (especially the girls.)
