Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Nicky Sciulla draws his greatest inspiration from his father, whose dedication to excellence teaches Nicky to always give maximum effort in all aspects of life. His dad's disciplined approach demonstrates that real success comes from consistent, focused work even through challenges. Nicky's father leads by example, shaping his son's point guard mentality of responsibility and smart decision. This powerful example drives Nicky's work ethic, leadership, and perseverance. 

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the proudest moments was when his team won the highly competitive NY Island championship 3 years in a row and is a two time Finals  MVP. It wasn’t just the victory itself but how they achieved it through teamwork, resilience, and clutch plays. His unselfish play and leadership shone brightest in that pivotal moment. When the buzzer sounded, his pure joy wasn’t about personal glory but celebrating the team’s hard-earned triumph. filled us with immense pride as his parents.
