What Nickolas loves most about playing soccer is the way it makes him feel during the game. There’s a rush of energy and purpose that comes with being on the field. It fuels his passion, pushes him to do his best, and constantly motivates him to work harder and improve.
My dad inspires me in my athletic career because of the example he sets both on and off the field. He’s shown me what it means to work hard, stay disciplined, and never give up—no matter the challenge. His support, encouragement, and belief in me motivate me to keep pushing myself to improve and to stay focused on my goals. Watching how dedicated he is to what he does reminds me to give my best effort every time I play.
My proudest moment in Nickolas’s athletic journey was when he stayed focused and determined, even though his team was at a disadvantage and trailing behind. His perseverance helped shift the momentum—he and his teammates stepped up, scored, and ultimately led the team to victory.
