Whether he’s running across a baseball field, shooting hoops, or racing down a football field, sports allow him to express his energy in a positive way. He thrives on the challenge—pushing himself to get better, learning from mistakes, and celebrating every small victory.
My son is inspired by people who lead with heart, determination, and kindness—both in sports and in life. On the field or court, he looks up to athletes who never give up, who play fair, and who lift their teammates even in tough moments. Maybe it’s a favorite professional player whose story of hard work and resilience shows him what’s possible when you believe in yourself. Or maybe it’s a coach who encourages him not just to win, but to grow stronger, smarter, and more respectful.
One moment in his athletic journey that makes me the proudest is when he won the Greater Hudson Valley league championship with his baseball team. He really trained and worked very hard for it.
