Thank you for generously supporting Norah in this year’s competition. Your support helps empower the V Foundation for Cancer Research and the Why Not You Foundation in their respective missions to save lives and empower today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders.
Norah loves to tumbling in the floor event and getting all of her energy out (she says). She shows a passion in her determined work ethic and dedication to pursuing excellence. She asks to go early and leaves each practice with a smile on her face. The family she has built through the last four years on team is something she’ll get to carry with her for the rest of her life.
She says that one of her teammates, Ava, inspires her because she is very active and since she “go, go, goes…she makes me want to go, go, go.” Norah has a love for being active and wants to surround herself with people who do, too.
Norah didn’t get to move up a level after her second year on team. Despite being heartbroken, she made the decision to push in and work as hard as possible. She ended up finishing that season at the top of her team and was able to use the setback as a learning and growing opportunity. I don’t know many young kids who could choose that mindset.
