My son enjoys playing football because it gives him a sense of teamwork, discipline, and purpose. He loves the physical challenge, the excitement of the game, and the bonds he builds with his teammates. It helps him stay active, focused, and teaches him how to handle both victory and defeat with maturity.
David Montgomery because he came from the same school he went to that’s not a D1 school and now he’s making a big impact in the NFL. It shows him that with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
In his 6th grade year playing youth football, in my opinion, he literally carried the team. They didn’t win that many games that year but not one time did he get mad, complain or quit. He finished that year as he did every other year of his youth season with his head held high and went on to middle school football.
