What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She feels like it helps her believe in her self. It teaches her to stay positive through tough times. The game encourages her to always practice hard because it does pay off when put to the test. She love cheering with her teammates and getting her team fired up! Paizleigh loves learning new plays and mastering them. She likes sliding into home! Hearing the crowd cheering. Even running bases is something this girl takes seriously. She loves being behind the plate as a catcher.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Just watching UCLA on TV is inspiring enough. It’s Paizleigh favorite team she watches every game she can. Just to be able to absorb any information or skills she can. The whole team is something she looked up to and hopes for the opportunity someday to be and play with them. She also is inspired by her family and friends that support her everyday to be the best she can and also loves her coaches that push her skills and confidence with each practice.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

It’s so hard to pick one moment when this kid is so passionate about the game of softball she encourages other lifts them up when spirits are low and doesn’t let much rattle her. It’s great to see her push through and make an amazing play. When she gets the game winning ball for the best play during a game. she works so hard and gives it her all. It’s never one specific play or thing, it’s all of the above! The dedication and fun she has all year long is something to aspire in this girl!
