His head coach is a big inspiration because he has taken him from a Rec ball player to a great travel player. He admires how his coach treats not only the team but other people. His coach gives back to the community in many ways an encourages Pavin to do the same. They do a pantry project at least 3 times a year.
He never quits. He can be having an off week but never shows his negative emotions. My proudest moment is actually when he accidently hit a kid pitching, and took the time to walk over and tell the kid he was sorry. I told him how proud I was of that, that he can be super competitive but also be a good human and go say he's sorry that he hurt a kid.
