You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
He likes baseball and football the most, but his athleticism and body weight strength leads to him being good at track and wrestling as well. He is a competitor and one of the most athletic kids you’ll ever meet. The best part of it is that he is humble and gives credit to his teammates and coaches. I believe he can win this award because he excels in multiple sports, not just one. He loves winning and doing whatever he can to help his team.
He looks up to kids who are bigger, faster, and stronger than him. I think it’s actually cool that he doesn’t look up to professional athletes. He’s always played with kids who are older than him, so he’s had an advantage while playing with kids his own age.
No one moment can outweigh another in my opinion. Seeing his early morning workouts and going to sleep at a good hour has payed off. The process of getting better and doing what he loves is what makes me the proudest.
