What they love most about playing soccer is the feeling of being part of a team—working together toward a common goal, pushing each other to be better, and celebrating every win (big or small) as a unit. I also love the pace of the game, the creativity it allows, and the constant challenge to improve. There’s nothing like the energy on the field and the passion that comes with every match.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He’s most inspired by his dad and coach, Fabio Novaes, who constantly pushes him to be better—both on and off the field. Fabio’s dedication, work ethic, and love for the game set an example that motivates him every day. Whether it’s through extra training sessions, honest feedback, or simply showing up with passion and consistency, his dad’s support has been a huge part of his growth as a player and as a person.

One of the proudest moments in his athletic journey isn’t tied to a specific game or trophy—but to his resilience. For the past two years, Pedro has battled intense growing pains, yet never let it slow him down. He kept showing up—training five times a week, committing to physiotherapy and gym work consistently, and pushing through the discomfort with focus and determination.
