I love the competition, the responsibility and the lifelong friendships I make along the way! Throughout my years I have played all the roles either as a co-captain or as the rookie who’s playing up two levels! I also really enjoy being able to coach and inspire little girls to play hockey in their future as well as teach more kids the name of the game as a referee!
I was so blessed with all the opportunities I have had and none of them would have been possible without Matt Shott. Being both my team’s head coach and my AAA elite travel leagues co founder he was the inspiration of youth girls hockey in Arizona whilst still battling stage four cancer, he unfortunately lost that battle in December of 2021. He saw my potential and unlocked a whole new level of play for me and trained me mentally and physically into the player I am today.
Seeing my daughter take the ice with two teams one as a Jv and Varsity swing player her freshman year and two walking into the rink for Nationals of the 2024-2025 season for a 16u team she was selected for as a 2010!
