Philip loved playing basketball so much. He has never missed any training or missed any AAU Tournaments for the season. Even after the game is over, he continues to play at the nearby basketball 🏀 courts around the neighborhood come rain 🌧️ come shine, bad weather days no excuse!
Off the field will be his dad! He said “my dad gave me the ultimate gift of determination and hard work, strength and purpose to continue to be the best in whatever I do” In the field his mentor Coach TJ, not only polished my ball 🏀 handling and shooting skills but also inspired me and to believe in myself”. His AAU team coaches and all who believe in his potential and prays that he excel you believed in him and support him playing the game of basketball 🏀. His church for putting God first!
One moment in his athletic journey that makes me the proudest is when he made the 15 and 16 AAU team and won 🥇 the Defensive Player of his AAU team last year and also won 🥇 the “Defensive Player of the Year” for 2025. And also when he was invited by the National Society Of High School Scholars to join the prestigious club as a result of his outstanding academic performance at his high school, William B Travis High School
