What I love most about playing basketball is the sportsmanship, how fast the game moves and how it brings people together.
The person who inspires me is Kobe Bryant because of his Mamba Mentality that encourages all players to have a mindset of relentless work, focus and never backing down from a challenge. I work hard and play harder and I am dedicated to what I love.
Every time I see my son on the court I am proud and when I see him shoot and score and his face when he and his team share the proud moment makes me get tears of joy because he is doing what he loves and it is making him happy. Me and my son both can agree that when he was in middle school and first started playing right before Covid in 2023, and his hard work paid off because his team won district championships.
