You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
"What I love most about figure skating is the excitement of competing and performing in front of a crowd. I’ve made amazing friendships with my skating friends, and we always cheer each other on. Skating pushes me to work hard, try new things, and keep going—even on the toughest days. It’s taught me to believe in myself and that I’m capable of doing hard things."
Jen, my coach, inspires me by teaching the importance of setting goals, making plans, working hard, and being well trained. Bryce, who went to the Olympics, overcame knee injuries and surgeries when doctors said he couldn’t be active again. He proved them wrong and now trains me both on the ice and with tough off-ice workouts to make sure I’m strong and ready. They both inspire me to never give up.
Many moments in Quinn’s journey make me proud, but last year stands out most. She overcame a serious foot injury from equipment issues that kept her off the ice for 2½ months, missing crucial training. When she returned, she had to adjust to new boots and prepare for the season in less than a month. It wasn’t easy, but Quinn’s determination helped her regain confidence and passion. She overcame every obstacle and qualified for Novice Nationals, placing 9th in Canada.
