Being part of something bigger than herself! She loves to compete and develop herself, but even more she loves to be part of a team and help others develop ! She also loves to take on challenges and prove her capabilities, even in challenging circumstances like high calibre sports or sports dominated by boys (high school football).

Rachel was recognized Special Teams MVP for her 2024 high school football team, where she was one of only 5 female players in the entire league (approx 18 teams).
