Reace is athlete of the year because she continuously overcomes her struggles and keeps pushing herself to be the best player she can be!

What I love about Reace is yes she loves the game and competition but mostly she loves the bonds that she gets to build with the other players on and off her team. She also loves that she gets to travel and see new places.
I think she is mostly inspired by her father who also played basketball since he was a child. He has coached her ever she started playing basketball and pushed her to be her best with hard work and love. Her sister who also plays on her team inspires her in many ways to keep striving to get better and win together.
What makes me the proudest in Reaces journey is her perseverance. She always gets back up and gets back out there after a rough play or rough game. She played in many games where she has been injured or tested mentally and she pushes through to the end.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
