What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

They love the challenge BJJ brings every day. It pushes them physically and mentally, teaches discipline, and helps them stay focused. They enjoy learning new techniques, rolling with teammates, and growing stronger with each class. Most of all, they love the feeling of progress—knowing they’re better than they were yesterday.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

They’re inspired by Helena Crevar because of her relentless work ethic, humility, and dedication to BJJ. Watching someone close to their age accomplish so much in the sport shows them what’s possible with hard work and heart. Helena’s mindset on and off the mats motivates them to train harder, stay focused, and chase their goals without fear.
