My 8 year old absolutely loves the excitement and energy of sports especially basketball and football. He thrives on the competition, the teamwork, and the thrill of scoring a touchdown or making a great shot. Whether he’s on the field or the court, he lights up with joy just being part of the game and giving it his all.
On the field, my son looks up to Tyreek Hill from the Miami Dolphins. He’s inspired by Tyreek’s speed, energy, and unstoppable attitude. Off the field, his biggest role model is his dad. Whether they’re training together, learning how to fix cars, or working around the house, his dad is always there teaching him the value of hard work, responsibility, and never giving up. It’s that balance of passion and guidance that truly shapes who he is becoming, both as an athlete and a young man.
One of the proudest moments in my son’s athletic journey was when he was named MVP of his team. It wasn’t just because he played well it was because he showed leadership, heart, and determination every time he stepped on the field. Even during tough games, he stayed focused, encouraged his teammates, and never gave up. Seeing all his hard work, dedication, and love for the game really makes me the proudest.
