He loves the competiveness, the comradery, and the brotherhood he is creating. He loves being able to see what he gets from what he puts into it, how his hard work pays off. Ryan also loves helping others succeed.
Ryan is inspired by his parents, who are both retired military. But its his dad who is his biggest inspiration. His dad has always supported Ryan's passion for sports. No matter what is going on in his life, his dad has always been present, through the good and the bad. His dad corrects him when he's wrong and praises him when he's right. They carry a special bond that no one can break.
Our proudest moment was when Ryan was in elementary school. There was a young kid that had no friends and was being picked on all the time. One day Ryan saw this kid was sitting in the cafeteria with no food. Ryan went up to him, bought him lunch and befriended him. The kid told his teacher he was going to commit suicide that day but because of Ryan's genuine heart and friendship, he did not. This kid had never tried out for any sports and Ryan encouraged him. One act of kindness kept him alive.
