What she loves the most about cheerleading is getting to learn new skills and working hard to perfect them. She enjoys being able to help her teammates, grow by sharing what she has learned and motivating them to keep on going and not to be afraid to fail.
Her entire gym from her coaches, the owner and her friends has truly inspired her. From the very beginning, they’ve believed in her, told her not to give up, cheered her on, and lifted her up, even when she doubted herself. Their consistent love, support, and positivity has helped her grow not just an athlete, but as a person.
Her proudest moment in her athletic journey, is the person she has become. With all the guidance of her coaches, parents and her own growth, She has become a leader, a hard worker, and someone dedicated to inspiring others. Coach Cody and Marissa has shaped her into the kind of athlete she hopes for younger girls can one day look up to, this growth and how far she has made it, is what makes her the proudest.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
