Sal has so much passion for the game. He loves the action. When he’s not playing the game in real time, he’s online watching old videos from his favorite teams. He’s always watching current games and highlights and stays in the know of what he loves. He’s always cheering his teammates on. He actually won an award for it!
It’s hard to choose just one player because he follows so many. He studies their statistics and their moves. He watches the way they stand, the way they hit, how they keep their feet planted. He loves when I, his dad, coach his baseball teams. When I’m on the field with him, I’m always cheering him on and giving him the knowledge he needs.
He was playing in a baseball tournament in Brooklyn. Sal hit his first grand slam. He waited for his pitch, smacks the ball out, and sent all his teammates home. He is my inspiration. I’m always proud of him in every moment in life, I’m his biggest fan ever!
