Samuel loves the physical exercise, the analysis, and the mental growth that comes with bowling. Participating in the school varsity bowling team, bowling leagues, and various challenging tournaments provides valuable experience and training, which offer both a sense of accomplishment and a steady boost in confidence. He values the friendships and connections he’s built in the bowling community and looks forward to encouraging and supporting new bowlers as they get started in the sport.
Some of his inspirations are his high school teammates, 🎳 his league friends, and of course his family. The support of friends, family, coaches, and the friendly competition of his teammates keeps him pushing toward greater. 🏆
One of the proudest moments in his athletic journey was during a recent tournament, when he realized that he was not advancing to the next round. Naturally, he was disappointed in himself because he thought he could have done better, so he sat in the moment for a little while. Soon afterward, he turned his attention to friends that were still in the running. He said “if I didn’t make the cut, I really hope some of my friends do. And maybe we can go and support them.” That made us super proud! ❤️
