The game's excitement and ball handling experience and scoring achievements make basketball his favorite sport. He finds pleasure in basketball because it allows him to develop his skills while building friendships and experiencing the thrill of teamwork. Through basketball he finds happiness while staying active and develops his skills both on and off the court.
The person who inspires my godson the most is his parents. His father's ability to fight through a dangerous illness demonstrates to him both strength and determination. His mother's constant attendance at every game and practice demonstrates to him the importance of dedication and support. Their love and commitment push him to maintain his dedication to basketball while working hard and never surrendering.
My proudest moment occurred when my godson demonstrated authentic team leadership by supporting his teammates regardless of the game's outcome. His dedication to never surrender and his intense desire to understand every aspect of the game demonstrates his deep love for the sport and his development as a player. His leadership with heart and dedication shows me how much he has developed as both a player and a person.
